I'm changing things up around here a bit. Without a doubt, I'll still post family stuff, but I really want to incorporate healthy living.
In March 2011 I started to run, well if I'm being honest..... jog. I very slowly started to increase my distance, finally running my 1st 5K race in October 2011. I was hooked. I completed another 5K race in November, then a 5 miler in March 2012. I shocked myself when completing my greatest running/jogging accomplishment, a half marathon in April 2012.
Fast forward to November 2012 and I am still a jogger who hopes to lose weight and improve my race times in the process.
