Yesterday was a good day for me.
- I came in under my calorie goal
- I did level 1 30 day shred
- Drank lots of water
And, I weighed myself this morning. It saddens me that I am 11 lbs heavier than I was in April at my half marathon. How did I let myself gain that much? Is it possible to lose weight in December with 2 birthday parties, a trip to Disney World, and Christmas?
Yes! I can totally do this.
